Delivery & Exchange Policy

Pals Clothing (Pty) Ltd only delivers to street addresses or post office counters – no post office boxes - and  deliveries will only take place during business hours from 08h00 until 17h00 – Mondays to Fridays  – no deliveries on Public holidays or over weekends.

Irrespective of whether the buyer (‘user’) selects door-to-door delivery or door to counter delivery, Pals Clothing (Pty) Ltd will deliver within 3 to 7 working days after receipt of payment depending where the buyer (‘user’) lives.

As soon as the purchased order of the buyer (‘user) leaves the warehouse of Pals Clothing (Pty) Ltd, the buyer (‘user’) will be informed by e-mail that the package is on its way.

The buyer (‘user’) can track the parcel online by logging into Fast way couriers: (http://www.fastway.co.za/cape - town). 


On delivery of the product, the buyer (‘user’) hereby undertakes to inspect the products before signing for the delivery for any damages or defects. Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Pals Clothing (Pty) Ltd due to force majeure including, but not limited to, inability to secure labour, internet services, power, connectivity, materials, supplies, strikes and riots.

If an incorrect product is delivered to a buyer (‘user) by mistake (eg. it is not the product that was purchased or the wrong size or faults due to the oversight of Pals Clothing (Pty) Ltd,) the product can be exchanged. Please do not remove the product from its packaging or try the product on at all as it has to be returned in the exact same condition and with all its tags and seals still intact, as it was received by the buyer (‘user’). Promptly contact Pals Clothing (Pty) Ltd to collect the product free of charge and deliver the correct product back to you. Note that no exchanges can be made after 30 days and older.

Pals Clothing (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged due to negligence by the buyer (‘user’) by user abuse or incorrect usage of the product by the buyer (‘user’) or if damage arose from a failure to adequately care for the product or from unauthorized alterations to the product by the buyer (‘user’) and where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, does not fit the buyer (‘user’).
